We are a network of independent window cleaners covering County Durham and many other areas in the UK.
When you request a quote we'll pass it onto the window cleaner who covers your area.
Every window cleaner is highly skilled and fully insured, so you can expect perfect results every time.
Our window cleaners use a range of techniques, including "traditional" (bucket and squeegee) and "water fed pole" (using purified water for a streak-free finish).

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is getSoapy and who will clean my windows?
We are a network of local window cleaners from across the UK. All our window cleaners are independently owned and operated businesses. We share quote requests to help connect people with a window cleaner near them.
When will I receive a quote?
We encourage window cleaners to respond by the next working day, but they may not always be able to.
They may be able to provide a quote from the information provided, or they may need to visit your property to assess the work required.
What services do you provide?
Our window cleaners offer a range of services, including traditional window cleaning and water fed pole (also called reach and wash). We can provide almost any residential window cleaning service (including gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning and pressure washing), and most commercial window cleaning.
Can you clean my conservatory?
If you'd like your conservatory cleaned please include a brief description of it in the 'extra information' field so this can be included when calculating your quote.
Will your dry my windows afterwards?
This is often unnecessary. Your window cleaner will use the best method for cleaning your windows. If they use a water fed pole with purified water then drying your windows afterwards isn't necessary as the purified water dries completely streak-free.
Do I need to be in when my windows are cleaned?
This depends on the services you need and the access available. You'll need to be in if you'd like the inside of your windows cleaned, for example. If all sides of your property can be accessed easily it's usually not necessary for you to be in for the outside of your windows to be cleaned. If there is limited access you should describe this in the 'extra information' field when requesting your quote.
Will my frames be cleaned as well as the glass?
This might depend on the type of frame and the method of cleaning. If you'd like your frames cleaned you should specify this when requesting you quote. You local window cleaner can assess your window frames and can include them when providing your quote.
How many quotes will I receive?
Your details will only be passed to a single window cleaner who will contact you to provide a quote.
What if I'm not happy with the quote?
There's no commitment to accept the price you're quoted.
Is my data safe and secure?
Yes. Your data is stored securely and will only be available to the window cleaner who provides you with a quote. We will never sell your data to advertisers or 3rd parties.
I'm a window cleaner. Can I join getSoapy?
If you're an independent window cleaner you can sign up to receive window cleaning leads.
